Your new role
As Finance Manager, you'll be a senior business partner across all central teams. You'll lead event reconciliations, manage rolling forecasts, and provide commercial decision support across a portfolio of high-profile productions. With one direct report, you'll oversee settlements, drive financial performance, and influence strategic outcomes in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A and commercial acumen
- Proven experience in forecasting / budgeting, reconciliations, and stakeholder management
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence in building financial models and supporting business cases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities
- Strong leadership and communication skills-able to influence and collaborate across teams
- Bonus: Experience with entertainment contracts, international projects, or production budgets
