You will work closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders and support functions to drive performance, challenge decision-making and shape strategic direction you're looking for a role that combines commercial finance, business partnering, strategic planning and leadership exposure, this is an outstanding opportunity.
Your new role As FP&A Manager, you'll be at the centre of the business's planning and performance agenda, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation and performance analysis across multiple business units. You will manage a team of two Financial Analysts and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in influencing operational and financial decisions through insightful analysis and commercial challenge.
ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification
Proven FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
A genuine progressive opportunity within a growing business with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making. You will have a broad commercial finance remit with limited month-end accounting responsibilities and an opportunity to shape processes, reporting and performance frameworks.
