Your New Company A leading employer in West London is recruiting a Head of FP&A. This is the UK entity of a highly successful global business. The organisation is a leader in its market and a sustainable employer of choice, passionate about reducing its carbon footprint and working for a better tomorrow. The company is going through an exciting period of change, hence the recruitment drive. The offices are open plan and very inclusive, allowing those in FP&A to really get involved in the business. With recent investments in technology platforms, there is plenty of scope to make an impact. There is also potential for future progression within the wider group. Parking is available, and it’s an easy walk from the station. Your New Role This exciting Head of FP&A role will play a pivotal part within the senior leadership team. You will work closely with the FD, MD, and Group function. Leading a team of 4, you will take charge of the financial corporate three-year plan and quarterly forecasts. You will drive the development plan, analysis, and systems. Key duties will include working with management teams to build robust budgets, challenging business performance, and helping determine future strategy and objectives. You will develop detailed planning models to improve efficiency and performance, enhance systems and technology to achieve better results, and use your analytical skills to maximise profits and results. You will also produce business cases for projects and solutions to support senior managers’ decisions, and business partner with 2 Operations Directors to drive performance. As a senior manager, you will support the Finance Director and the wider finance team.
