We are delighted to be supporting a wonderful charity in recruiting to the newly created role of Head of Finance. Reporting into the Director of Finance & Resources, you will lead a team of 3 direct reports and 7-8 indirect reports.
You will lead an established finance team in delivering a high quality service in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Operations and Procurement. This is a great opportunity to work for a charity that is embarking on a pivotal stage of their journey of development over the next 12 months as they lead on a Digital Transformation Programme including the implementation of a new finance system. We are also considering interim options for this role, to start the role in January, whilst we complete the process for the permanent opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be CCAB Qualified with a proven track record of leading finance teams in the Charities sector. You will have broad and varied experience of the all areas of the Finance function and have the communication skills to engage and influence across all levels.
