As the firm continues to expand its advisory offering, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Manager to play a key role within their Technical Accounting team is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious ACA or ACCA-qualified professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building trusted client relationships and helping shape the future direction of a growing practice. Managing and developing long-term client relationships across a varied portfolio
Providing specialist advice on complex accounting and financial reporting matters
Reviewing and supporting work relating to group and consolidated accounts
Advising UK subsidiaries of overseas entities on statutory reporting requirements
Providing expertise on FRS 102 and financial reporting standards
Supporting clients with audit, corporation tax and VAT-related technical matters
Leading and mentoring accounting teams, helping develop future talent within the business
Contributing to operational improvements, strategic planning and wider business growth initiatives
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong background within accountancy practice'll demonstrate:
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to group structures, consolidations, corporate tax matters and business valuations would be advantageous, as would ATT or CTA qualifications.
