FP&A Analyst | Property

Job Description Your new company /n I am currently working with a leading real estate investment and development business with a substantial UK property portfolio. Following continued growth and investment activity, the company is looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant or analyst looking to gain broad commercial exposure in a fast-paced property environment. /n Your new role /n Reporting to the Head of FP&A, your responsibilities will include: /n /n - Supporting the annual budget, forecast and long-term planning processes /n - Producing detailed financial analysis across property portfolios and developments /n - Partnering with asset management, development and operational teams /n - Preparing monthly management reports and board presentation packs /n - Analysing variances and providing insight into key business drivers /n - Building and maintaining financial models for investment decisions /n - Monitoring cash flow, financing and liquidity requirements /n - Supporting acquisition, disposal and investment appraisal activities /n - Developing KPIs and performance reporting across the portfolio /n - Driving improvements in financial reporting, systems and processes /n /n What you'll need to succeed /n You will be a recently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, with industry experience gained within a property, real estate or construction business. Strong analytical skills and financial modelling experience is highly desirable. /n /n What you'll get in return /n A competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
