Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description Your new company A leading international organisation operating within a fast-paced, multi-site environment is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its finance leadership team based near Heathrow is a newly created, highly visible role offering genuine influence across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders and support functions to drive performance, challenge decision-making and shape strategic direction you're looking for a role that combines commercial finance, business partnering, strategic planning and leadership exposure, this is an outstanding opportunity. /n Your new role As FP&A Manager, you'll be at the centre of the business's planning and performance agenda, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation and performance analysis across multiple business units. You will manage a team of two Financial Analysts and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in influencing operational and financial decisions through insightful analysis and commercial challenge. /n What you'll need to succeed /n /n - ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification /n - Proven FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience /n - Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities /n - Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills /n - Experience supporting budget and forecasting processes /n - The confidence to challenge, influence and hold stakeholders accountable /n - A proactive approach to process improvement and automation /n - The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences /n /n /n What you'll get in return /n A genuine progressive opportunity within a growing business with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
