Your new company An innovative, fast-growing technology business is looking to appoint a Fractional Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team and support the next phase of growth. As this business is in its early stage, this role could be completed in a part-time capacity. Your new role Key responsibilities include: Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities Prepare monthly board and management reporting packs Develop and maintain financial models and project costing frameworks Monitor project performance and analyse actual versus forecast costs Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis Oversee relationships with external accountants and service providers Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant Previous Financial Controller / Manager leadership experience Strong financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting expertise Experience operating within a growing VC / PE backed technology business Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Commercially aware with a hands-on approach Comfortable working autonomously within a fast-paced business What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
