Your new company
\n You will be joining an established and growing international organisation within the chemical sector, specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of surface preparation, treatment, protection and control solutions, primarily supporting the aerospace industry. Founded in 1972, the business has developed a strong international presence through its network of subsidiaries, partners, R&D laboratories and manufacturing facilities. Based at the Hinckley site, you will become part of a close-knit UK operation while working within a wider global organisation, offering the stability and resources of an international group alongside the autonomy and collaborative environment of a smaller local team.

- Overseeing general office management, facilities and supplies while supporting the Site Manager with operational requirements.
- Supporting employee engagement and initiatives that promote a positive working environment and team culture.

What you'll need to succeed
\n You will have previous experience in a broad Finance/Office Manager or similar role, ideally within an SME or the UK subsidiary of an international organisation. You will need strong hands-on experience across both credit control and management accounting, including exposure to margin and stock analysis.
\n You will ideally be AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified, although candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered. Strong knowledge of year-end processes and audit preparation is important, alongside good IT skills and previous experience using an ERP system. Experience with Sage X3 would be advantageous.
\n You will be highly organised, comfortable working autonomously and confident, taking ownership of a varied finance and office remit. Fluent English is essential, while French language skills would be beneficial but are not required.
\n Please note that this role is unable to offer visa sponsorship, so applicants will need to have an existing right to work in the UK.
What you'll get in return
\n You will receive a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000, depending on experience, alongside the opportunity to take ownership of a varied and influential position within an established international organisation. You will benefit from the stability of a global group while working as part of a close-knit local team, with significant autonomy across finance, HR and day-to-day site operations.
