Your new company
Join an established internationally operating organisation recognised for its innovation and dynamic culture. With a presence across multiple global markets, the business continues to scale rapidly and is strengthening its central finance operations to support strategic growth and M&A.
Your new role
- Take full ownership of financial operations across a portfolio of holding entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial governance.
- Lead a small finance team while overseeing month‑end and year‑end close processes end‑to‑end.
- Manage intercompany transactions, multi‑entity coordination and provide insightful balance sheet, P&L and cash‑flow analysis.
- Collaborate with global teams on reporting requirements and support statutory accounts preparation.
- Deliver cash‑flow forecasts, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, and manage indirect tax filings.
- Strengthen internal controls, support group audits and drive continuous process improvement across finance operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience in a senior finance role, including management of a small team.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with IFRS experience and an ACA/ACCA/CAANZ or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
- Proven experience managing month‑end close, statutory reporting and intercompany processes in an international environment.
- Confident communicator able to collaborate across functions and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation.
