\\nA fast-scaling FinTech is looking for a Finance Director to lead its finance function and shape strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, robust controls, and forward-thinking financial leadership.

\\nThis is a hands-on, high-impact role for a technically strong and commercially sharp accountant with experience in reporting, compliance, and international operations in a fast-paced environment.

\\nYour new role:

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Manage payroll, AP/AR, and HMRC relationships
- Oversee group accounting, consolidations, and intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS, VAT, and corporation tax
- Lead external audits and drive internal process improvements
- Provide technical accounting guidance across the business, including SaaS revenue recognition and equity schemes
