Job Description
Your new company
This company is on an exciting growth path with their growing turnover rates and upcoming projects confirmed, with a focus on the high-end construction market in London. They are looking for a hard-working individual to help scale up their finance team and have free rein to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the MD, this company is looking for an up-and-coming Financial Controller to lead a finance team of 4 nonqualified professionals to help the company achieve their goals. You will need to enjoy getting your hands dirty, modernising the finance team, analysing how to improve the team and mentoring staff members. Alongside this, you will be able to partner with the MD and contracting teams on projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Good attention to detail
- Team management skills – mentoring and coaching finance members completing their ACCA
- All-rounder individual with exposure to statutory reporting and management reporting
- Construction/ multi-side experience is beneficial.
