Hays Senior Finance are working with a global logistics and supply chain company to recruit a Finance Business Partner based at their Warrington site. This company is part of a complex, global business with operations in over 30 countries. The Group has manufacturing and distribution interests across multiple entities following years of growth and acquisitions.
Due to a recent restructuring, the company is looking to recruit a qualified Finance Business Partner. As a Finance Business Partner you will support a £200m division of the business which operates across multiple countries and entities. You will partner with senior stakeholders and produce a monthly performance pack with detailed commentary. The purpose of the role is to provide real-time visibility of the division's performance and interpret financial accounts which are based on individual legal entities.
The Finance Business Partner will support with budgeting & forecasting, providing financial support to budget holders and any ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required. There will be an ERP project in the next 12 months and the Finance Business Partner will be actively involved.
We are looking for qualified accountants who have a strong background in Management Accounting and can evidence more commercial skills. Strong analytical skills are required as well as strong communicators with non-finance stakeholders.
