Your new role

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in managing financial data and supporting the delivery of accurate and timely finance services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
  • Preparing and reconciling bank accounts and petty cash
  • Supporting expense and procurement card administration
  • Assisting with financial reporting and audits
  • Providing advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for someone with:

  • Relevant financial experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures
  • Excellent Excel skills and general IT proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical ability
  • Effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience with Agresso Financials or SAP Concur Expense is desirable but not essential
