Reporting to the senior finance leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, business performance management and high-impact commercial projects. Lead financial planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and business planning activities. Develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to analyse performance, identify opportunities and challenge assumptions. Build business cases and support commercial and operational decision-making. Deliver insight-driven reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks that improve performance visibility and accountability. Drive strategic projects from initial analysis through to recommendation and implementation. Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to automate processes and improve finance efficiency. Prepare high-quality materials for executive committees and board-level audiences, translating complex data into clear commercial insights. Strategic Finance Investment Banking (M&A) Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence Commercial Finance within a high-growth or scaling business Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery capabilities. Advanced Excel and presentation skills. Exposure to SQL, Tableau or Python would be advantageous. Broad exposure across finance, commercial and strategic initiatives.
