Finance Administrator (Dutch)

A rapidly growing, internationally recognised business is seeking an experienced Group Finance leader to join its senior finance team. This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive finance excellence across a complex global organisation. Leading the Group annual audit process and managing relationships with external auditors. Coordinating UK tax compliance and working closely with overseas advisers on international tax filings. Delivering SECR and other regulatory reporting requirements. Driving robust balance sheet control, reconciliations and financial risk management. Managing and developing finance teams across both the UK and India. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted adviser on financial matters. Leading ad hoc projects, commercial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be a qualified accountant with proven experience leading Group finance and reporting functions within a complex, international environment. Experience managing multi-jurisdictional entities and international finance operations. Knowledge of UK tax compliance, transfer pricing and intercompany accounting. A track record of leading audits and managing external advisers. Excellent leadership skills with experience developing offshore and international teams.
