An established multinational organisation is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Manager into its European tax function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded in-house tax team supporting operations across multiple European jurisdictions, with exposure to a broad range of corporate tax and international tax matters.
You will take responsibility for direct tax reporting and compliance across a portfolio of European entities, ensuring all reporting obligations are completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities will include managing quarterly and annual tax reporting, current and deferred tax provisions, corporate income tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, tax payments and statutory tax disclosures.
You will act as a trusted adviser to finance and business stakeholders, supporting tax audits, liaising with external advisers and tax authorities, and providing guidance on a range of tax-related matters. The role will also involve monitoring legislative developments, assessing the impact of tax changes, and contributing to process improvement, automation and tax technology initiatives across the wider function.
You will be ACA, ACCA and/or CTA qualified with proven corporate tax experience gained either in practice or within a multinational in-house tax environment. You will have strong tax compliance and tax accounting knowledge, including experience preparing or reviewing current and deferred tax provisions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with colleagues across finance, external advisers and senior leadership teams. Experience of transfer pricing and cross-border tax matters would be advantageous, while exposure to indirect taxes would be beneficial.
In return, you'll join a collaborative international tax team offering exposure to complex European tax matters within a global business environment. You'll benefit from a varied role with significant stakeholder engagement, opportunities to contribute to strategic projects, ongoing professional development and a competitive salary and benefits package.
