Your new role involves playing a critical role in managing project finance documentation, coordinating with lenders, and delivering high‑quality economic and financial analysis across UK projects. Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Financial Planning UK, you will work closely with the wider corporate finance team and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating lender requests and covenant monitoring
  • Maintaining and enhancing complex financial and economic models
  • Supporting debt and equity structures
  • Providing detailed project profitability analysis suitable for board‑level reporting
  • Contributing to annual business planning
  • Interacting with independent financial advisers
  • Supporting treasury activity across UK projects

This role offers meaningful exposure to large‑scale energy and infrastructure investments.

What you need to succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will hold a degree in finance, economics, mathematics or engineering and bring demonstrable professional experience in economic or financial modelling. Experience within energy or infrastructure projects is highly desirable, alongside advanced Excel‑based modelling capability. You will have strong business, economic and financial acumen, with knowledge of project finance structures, renewable energy economics, and an understanding of UK tax and accounting practices being advantageous. A proactive, self‑starting approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages viewed positively.
