An international law firm based in the centre of Southampton seeks an E-Billing Manager to join them on a permanent basis to lead and improve client billing processes across the wider business.

Leading a small team and reporting to the Group Revenue Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the ongoing daily management of all group E-Billing, ensuring accurate and efficient billing submissions across multiple client processes. Delegating to, and leading your direct reports, you will be responsible for all deadline management, as well as target-setting and process improvement. You will be an expert in E-billing systems, highlighting and implementing system improvements and client data management processes. As part of the role, you will review, recommend and exercise new governance standards to create exceptional service levels. Proactively, you will partner with key stakeholders in the business to manage and quantify untilled WIP, as well as agreeing internal resolutions on unpaid or queried billing.

  • Previous experience in an E-Billing leadership role within a professional services environment.
  • Exposure to Elite / 3E / EbillingHub platforms.
  • Experience in improving billing practices.
