Your new role
- Support senior colleagues with corporate tax compliance and advisory work, including capital allowances, R&D claims, due diligence, and restructuring projects.
- Assist in developing junior staff through mentoring and day-to-day guidance.
- Conduct tax technical research and handle related administrative tasks.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HMRC, and other professional advisers.
- Collaborate with audit teams on annual tax assignments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate tax compliance.
- ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or part-qualified with intent to study CTA).
- Strong, up-to-date technical knowledge and understanding of tax/audit compliance standards.
- Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage deadlines and work independently or in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships professionally and discreetly.
- Experience with Alphatax is desirable.
