Your new company I am partnering with a leading and highly reputable independent Accountancy Practice who are looking for a Corporate Finance Executive to join their already established Corporate Finance team. With continued organic growth and a commitment to developing its people, the firm has built a collaborative, supportive culture where individuals are trusted with autonomy and encouraged to progress. This is a well-known independent practice that has long-standing client relationships across Greater Manchester, working predominantly with OMBs and entrepreneurs.

Your new role As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of transactions and advisory projects. This opportunity has arisen due to sustained growth, and the firm is now looking for a Qualified Auditor or Accountant who is ready to transition into Corporate Finance. Joining an already established team, you'll work closely with senior team members on assignments such as valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, and business acquisitions or disposals. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to high-quality work and have the chance to build strong client relationships from day one.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ACA / ACCA qualification
  • A genuine interest in Corporate Finance and the commercial drivers behind transactions
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial information
