A leading telecommunications business is undergoing periods of change and strategic growth. They are a global name, and after a trail of acquisitions, are looking to grow organically as well as through M&A.

Your new role
As part of the senior leadership team, you will be:

1. Leading on business transformation strategy and market insights
2. Analysing the financial implications of strategic decisions
3. Providing the C Suite with insightful future projections and detailed analysis of business performance
4. Leading and closing M&A deals
5. Partnering with C Suite executives and senior shareholders

What you’ll need to succeed
A background in a similar corporate development role in the Telco space would be ideal. However, the wider TMT sector is also desirable. You will have a proven track record of delivering corporate development strategies and closing large-scale deals. From a softer side, you will have broad experience with managing senior stakeholders and internal / external key decision makers.
