Are you an experienced Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger or Credit Control professional looking for a varied role with broader responsibilities? I'm currently working with an established educational organisation in North Wales that is looking to appoint a Billing & Payroll Manager to join their finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the monthly payroll process
  • Overseeing billing, invoicing and fee collection activities
  • Credit control and aged debt management
  • Processing BACS payments and reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end, year-end and audit processes
  • Pension administration and payroll compliance
  • Producing finance and payroll reports for management

Requirements:

  • Experience within payroll, sales ledger, accounts receivable, credit control or transactional finance
  • Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience of Sage Payroll would be advantageous
