Your new role includes:
- Planning opportunities for clients within your portfolio and raising particular issues with the senior management team.
- Working alongside seniors, directors, and HR to monitor and implement strategies for growth within the organisation.
- Supporting junior colleagues with queries relating to technical issues, departmental procedures, HMRC and clients in a manner that is supportive and creates an environment of learning.
- Reviewing elements of work prepared by junior team members and dealing with any matters that arise through supporting their professional development.
- Ensuring effective communication between all departments and contributing to the overall success of the organisation through seeing the bigger picture and a team ethos.
- Being proactive and efficient in the organisation and management of your own work whilst ensuring that deadlines and expectations are met within the wider department.
- Contributing to the production of managerial reports as requested.
- Contributing towards the agenda for department meetings, ensuring a team approach is emphasised in all tasks undertaken.
- Taking the lead in the induction, training, and development of new members to the team.
