Your new role includes:
- Planning and delivery of audit/accounts jobs
- Supervising junior staff during the audit and reviewing their work
- Delivering the audit file to the partner in a timely manner
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
- Managing client communication in an effective manner
- Monitoring your chargeability and assignment budgets proactively
- Coaching other staff for improved performance and technical development
