Our client is offering an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their Business Services Group, working with commercial clients at their Chichester office. They pride themselves on an approachable and collaborative working style, and they are looking for individuals who share their commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier accounts support to the Supervising Director or Partner.
  • Proactively maintain existing client relationships and seek to establish new ones.
  • Prepare and review statutory financial statements and corporation tax returns, ensuring all relevant tax reliefs are claimed.
  • Help develop junior team members.
  • Provide clear and prompt weekly communication regarding timescales and deliverability of assignments.
  • Attend training courses and independently maintain professional competence to meet CPE requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience preparing financial accounts, ideally within an Accountancy Practice.
  • Proficient in various accountancy software packages.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills, confident in delegating and reviewing accounts work, and experienced in direct client contact.
  • Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of cloud accounting software, payroll, and company secretarial matters is advantageous.
