A successful manufacturing organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its established finance team.

Operating within a fast-paced and project-driven environment, the business is recognised for delivering complex programmes and is looking for a finance professional who can provide insight, challenge and support to key stakeholders across the organisation.

As Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial support, analysis and reporting across a range of programmes and projects.

The role will involve preparing financial results, supporting forecasting and budgeting processes, monitoring programme performance and providing timely financial information to support decision-making.

You will work closely with operational teams, helping to drive performance, improve reporting and ensure financial information remains accurate and meaningful.

This position also takes ownership of financial reporting for several long-term programmes, making it particularly well suited to someone with experience of project accounting and an understanding of revenue recognition within multi-year contracts.

Exposure to percentage-of-completion accounting or long-term contract environments would be highly advantageous.

Alongside routine month-end activities, you will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support longer-term business planning activities.

You will have previous experience within a manufacturing finance environment and be comfortable working closely with non-finance stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills, experience working with large volumes of data and the ability to translate financial information into commercial insight are essential.

Experience of project accounting, contract accounting or revenue recognition on long-term programmes would be highly beneficial, as would experience working with ERP systems.

Applicants will ideally be ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, although those actively studying or near completion of their studies may also be considered.

This role offers the opportunity to join a respected and innovative business in a highly visible finance position.

You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, work on a range of interesting programmes and have the chance to influence business decisions through meaningful financial insight.

A competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for ongoing professional development are available for the successful candidate.
