Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing finance team and oversee delivery of accounting and reporting services. You'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations, while driving process improvements and supporting transformation projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with proven experience in leading finance teams, strong technical knowledge and communication skills, and someone who is commercially astute and solutions-oriented. This is a fully office-based role and therefore will suit someone who relishes the daily interaction of their team and will nurture, develop and get the best out of every member.
