You will be joining a global technology company, based in Woking, Surrey. This is a full-time, permanent job.
Your new role :
Reporting to the Billings Manager and working as part of the billings team, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process in entirety, from issuing the initial invoice through to query resolution. You will manage customers on a variety of different billings cycles (monthly, quarterly and yearly) and will raise additional invoices as required for extras that are not covered by the standard contracts and schedules. Collating the required information to produce accurate customer invoices requires strong attention to detail, while working with customers and internal colleagues to resolve disputes will need excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
