Hours: 37 per week | Monday-Friday | Flexible start and finish times

Hybrid Working Available - 2 days in office / 3 from home

This is your chance to shape financial strategy, ensure value for money, and deliver open book accounting in a contract subject to scrutiny by Internal Audit, NIAO, and the Public Accounts Committee. Your analysis and advice will influence senior management decisions and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage accounting, costing, forecasting, and risk reporting systems
  • Develop and monitor contract financial processes
  • Produce financial reports for senior boards
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Managing Public Money NI
  • Lead on business cases and post-project evaluations

What We're Looking For:

  • Full membership of a recognised professional accountancy body (e.g., ICAI, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
  • Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, management accounting, and cost analysis
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable: Previous experience in NICS or public sector accountancy.
