Your new role
As Account Manager/Client Manager, you will –
- Review all of the accounts files that have been completed by the team, feedback and train the team on review points. Including the review of; Limited company accounts, sole traders, partnerships and tax returns.
- Prepare file notes and any areas of interest you think are applicable for the Partner to discuss at client meetings.
- Post review adjustments to bring the file to internal completion
- Assist in pre-audit accounts preparation and guidance of the team for our audit clients
- Support the team through work that they carry out, train and identify training needs for the team to be covered by mandatory training.
- Manage the team's apprenticeship requirements and ensure all studies and training are up-to-date.
- Assist the operations team with the work planning requirements, ensuring sufficient time and resources to complete the jobs.
