Job Description Part-Time Accounts Assistant Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Our client, a well-established business based in Trafford Park, is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised finance professional looking for a part-time position within a supportive and fast-paced environment successful candidate will be available to start immediately and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function. Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Supplier statement reconciliations Bank reconciliations Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation General finance and accounting support as required Previous experience working within an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar role Strong understanding of transactional finance processes Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Available to start immediately or at short notice Part-time working hours Temporary to permanent opportunity Immediate start available Free onsite parking Opportunity to secure a permanent position with a growing business Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
