We are a multi franchise agricultural dealer group representing leading manufacturers such as JCB, New Holland and Case IH from 8 depots across the South East of England. We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team. With customer service at the heart of our business, you will need a proactive, customer focused attitude to support customers and colleagues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent results in a busy, fast paced parts environment.
- Drive proactive parts sales across face to face, phone, email and online channels.
- Support customers with parts and groundcare equipment enquiries, offering expert advice and solutions.
- Ensure retail and workshop customers are supported quickly and professionally.
- Maintain a well organised shop and warehouse environment.
- Handle goods inwards and outbound orders efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships across the depot's territory.
Key Requirements
- Parts experience preferred - agricultural sector ideal, but other mechanical trades considered.
- Strong IT capability including internal systems & Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IBCOS Gold is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work with urgency during peak agricultural seasons.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Saturday mornings 8am-12pm (1 in 3 rota). On call rota in peak season.
