Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Factory General Hands / Machine Offsiders to join a busy manufacturing environment.
These positions offer ongoing, stable employment with consistent hours, five days per week. We are looking for physically fit individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment.

About the Role
- Assisting machine operators with daily production duties
- General loading and unloading of materials
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Moving and preparing materials for production
- General factory and labouring duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Hours of Work
- Afternoon Shift – 2:00pm start
- Monday to Friday
- Five days per week
- Ongoing, consistent work
About You
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Previous factory, manufacturing or labouring experience advantageous
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available for ongoing afternoon shift work
