Are you a detail-oriented Planner with a passion for infrastructure and large-scale capital projects? This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the planning and delivery of critical infrastructure projects within a highly regulated environment. You will be working in a fast-paced setting that requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are realistic and achievable.
- Analyse project data, report on progress, and identify any variances or risks to delivery.
- Use planning tools (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project) to provide accurate and timely programme information.
- Support the programme controls function, contributing to cost and resource forecasting.
- Proven experience in a planning or project controls role, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or aviation environments.
- Strong working knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience working in a highly regulated sector is desirable.
- Available to commit to a 13-month fixed-term contract.
