We’re working closely with a leading consultancy based in Worcestershire that is expanding its team and looking for a driven individual to support a growing pipeline of exciting projects.
About the Role: You’ll play a key role in delivering planning advice and applications for a range of projects – from residential and commercial developments to strategic land and regeneration schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile planning cases and to develop your career within a supportive and well-established consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and supporting documents
- Conducting research and site appraisals
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Supporting senior planners and directors on complex projects
Ideal Candidate:
- RTPI-accredited degree or working towards chartership
- 1–3 years’ experience in planning (public or private sector)
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and local development policies
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Proactive and well-organised, with a genuine passion for planning
