Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team (1 other team member) on a mobile round maintaining high-end residential gardens in prestigious London locations such as Mayfair, St John’s Wood, and Kensington.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day garden maintenance on some of London’s most exclusive domestic properties. This is a mobile role, and a Ford Transit vehicle will be provided, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a small maintenance team
- Carrying out all aspects of garden maintenance to a high standard
- Operating horticultural machinery and power tools
- Communicating with clients and providing advice on ongoing garden care
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client expectations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in garden maintenance
- Strong plant knowledge and horticultural understanding
- Confident using a wide range of tools and machinery
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role and discussing maintenance plans
- Full UK driving licence (required)
