Working closely with Hiring Managers and People Partners, you will help streamline our recruitment processes, solve hiring challenges, and ensure every candidate experiences what makes Haymarket a brilliant place to work. • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles in Editorial, Design, Marketing, Commercial, and Corporate functions simultaneously.
  • Candidate Experience: Serve as an ambassador for Haymarket. Effortlessly build rapport with candidates, ensuring a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from application to offer.

  • Direct Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Use initiative and creative sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, networks) to target active and passive candidates.
  • Problem Solving & Adaptability: Navigate complex hiring challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and manage competing priorities across different business units effectively.

Key Relationships

Your key relationships internally include Hiring Managers across all divisions, the People and Comms Team, and the finance team. Externally it will be candidates, job board vendors, and university/apprenticeship networks.

  • Proactive & Results-Driven: High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a 'can-do' attitude when tackling tough-to-fill roles or tight deadlines.
  • Multitasker & Problem Solver: Thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and easily manages multiple open requisitions simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Partner: Team player who works seamlessly alongside People Partners and the wider People team to deliver an integrated recruitment service.
