As Partnerships Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of these high-profile congresses and content portfolios. Serving as the primary client liaison, you will forge strong relationships with medical associations, navigate client needs, and coordinate internal specialist teams—from operations to editorial—to ensure exceptional project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to manage prestigious accounts where your relationship-building and coordination skills directly impact the reach of our partners.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate Meaningful Partnerships: Act as the trusted day-to-day liaison for clients, understanding their strategic goals and ensuring our internal delivery exceeds their expectations.
- Steer Cross-Functional Projects: Lead the client interface and project timelines for major medical congresses and content campaigns, coordinating internal delivery teams seamlessly.
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Medical Associations Director to map project progress against client objectives and KPIs.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Organise and moderate cross-functional internal meetings, utilising project management tools to keep event production, marketing, sales and operations teams aligned and moving forward efficiently.
