Working within Content Labs, Haymarket Business Media's specialist commercial content division, we partner with leading B2B organisations to create high-impact content, campaigns and experiences that engage professional audiences and deliver commercial value. The Content and Social Media Producer will play a hands-on role in creating high-quality multimedia content and social media assets that support the delivery of integrated commercial campaigns across a range of B2B sectors, ensuring content is engaging, audience-focused and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content across a range of formats, including articles, social media posts, videos, podcasts, webinars, email campaigns and live event content, ensuring all output aligns with client objectives and Haymarket's quality standards.
- Plan, schedule and manage social media activity across relevant channels, producing engaging content that supports campaign objectives and maximises audience reach and engagement.
- Develop creative content ideas and contribute to pitches and campaign proposals, working with colleagues to create innovative content solutions for clients.
- Research industry trends, audience behaviour and emerging topics to inform content planning and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
- Support the production of multimedia content, including short-form video, audio, graphics and other digital assets for commercial campaigns.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, supporting the delivery of projects and ensuring content meets agreed objectives and expectations.
- Identify and coordinate industry speakers, contributors and subject matter experts for webinars, live events and commercial content programmes.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, content editors, marketing and commercial teams to deliver integrated campaigns to agreed quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance, using audience insight and analytics to recommend improvements and optimise future activity.
