As a Host at the Haymarket Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience.
Responsibilities:- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they feel valued and at home.
- Managing bookings to optimise the dining room flow and guest satisfaction.
- Working closely with the team and management to ensure seamless service.
- Ensuring the dining area is impeccable and guests receive top-notch service.
- Keen to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
- A meticulous approach to ensuring every guest's experience is perfect.
- A warm, approachable demeanour and a proactive attitude.
