Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our esteemed team at the Haymarket Hotel. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with senior management and team members to exceed guest expectations consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, communicating issues to the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to deliver high-quality service.
  • Lead daily briefings with the team to discuss service standards and operational updates.
  • Foster a positive work environment to maintain high staff retention and morale.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast‑paced, luxury venue.
  • Deep passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of the current market and competitor landscape.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, motivating, and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.
