Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our esteemed team at the Haymarket Hotel. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast‑paced, luxury venue.
- Deep passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
- Strong understanding of the current market and competitor landscape.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, motivating, and developing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
