As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucialrole in our kitchen, working across various sections to develop a broad rangeof culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the higheststandard.
- Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented in accordance withour stringent quality and presentation guidelines.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, andefficient work environment.
- Contributing creatively to menu development and daily specials.
- Upholding all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe kitchenenvironment.
What you Need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume, high-qualityestablishment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producinghigh-quality dishes.
- A genuine passion for food and the culinary arts.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstratingreliability and a positive attitude.
