As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our bar. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the bar and bar floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on service standards and product knowledge to team members.
- Prepare detailed shift handover reports to maintain continuity and consistency.
- Perform cashing up procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to enhance upselling and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu and wine list to provide expert recommendations to guests.
- Assist the Bar Manager with stock take and ordering to ensure optimal inventory levels.
What you Need
- Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast‑paced, luxury venue.
- An excellent understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits.
