As an Events Supervisor, you will play apivotal role in ensuring our guests receive inspirational service during theirevents. You will work closely with our Events team, demonstrating yourexceptional attention to detail, organisational prowess, and interpersonalskills. Your confidence and strong communication abilities will be key inengaging with guests and leading your team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the setup and execution of events, ensuring alldetails meet the highest standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point ofcontact for guests and addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Lead, motivate, and support your team, fostering a positive andcollaborative working environment.
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared and maintained to the highest levelof cleanliness and organisation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event operationsand guest satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience andimprove event processes.
What you Need:
- Proven experience in supervising a team, preferably in events orhospitality.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye fordetail.
- Confidence in your communication skills and the ability to engage withguests and team members effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in afast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
