As we prepare to open our new boutique in Chelsea's vibrant creative quarter, we're looking for a passionate and dynamic Style Advisor to join our small but mighty team. This is more than a retail role. As a Style Advisor, you will be at the heart of the customer journey, delivering a highly personalised and elevated shopping experience. You'll combine styling expertise with exceptional customer service, helping clients discover pieces they love while building long-lasting relationships with the brand.
You will also play a key role in bringing the Hayley Menzies world to life through visual merchandising, creative window displays, and supporting the launch of our exciting new Chelsea boutique. We will also be hosting regular customer events and private shopping evenings, creating intimate and inspiring experiences that deepen client relationships and celebrate the brand community.

- Contribute creative ideas that enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand aesthetic
Boutique Operations:
- Support the Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks
- Help maintain stock accuracy and organisation
- Support the delivery of commercial and sales objectives
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure operational excellence
- Take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the store
New Boutique Opening:
- Support the transition into our new Chelsea location
