Hayley Menzies is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Store Manager to lead our new King’s Road boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager or experienced retail supervisor ready to take the next step in their career. As we move into a new boutique space on King’s Road later this summer, you’ll play a key role in shaping its next chapter - creating a destination that feels personal, inspiring and unmistakably Hayley Menzies.

More than simply managing a store, you’ll take ownership of the space, building meaningful relationships with customers, nurturing a loyal local community and bringing fresh ideas that elevate the in-store experience. Working closely with our founder and head office team, you’ll help create a boutique that feels welcoming, creative and full of discovery.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clientelling and community engagement
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small retail team
  • Drive sales performance and monitor key commercial metrics
  • Manage stock replenishment, inventory control and regular stocktakes
  • Create staff rotas and oversee day-to-day scheduling
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store events, sample sales and pop-ups
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the King’s Road community
  • Work closely with the founder and head office team to bring new ideas and initiatives to life

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Senior Supervisor or similar retail leadership role
  • Naturally relationship-driven and confident building a loyal client base
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working towards sales targets
  • Creative, energetic and full of ideas
  • Strong personal style and genuine affinity with the Hayley Menzies brand
