We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Tender Coordinator within our Fluid Power team based in Halesowen.

About the role: As a Tender Coordinator you will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender responses across our Fluid Power product and service offering. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Branch, Product and Operations teams to ensure all submissions are accurate, commercially competitive, and delivered within required deadlines. This role plays a key part in identifying opportunities, managing bid documentation, and supporting the continued growth of our Fluid Power business across industrial, manufacturing, OEM, and engineering sectors.

What we’re looking for in our Tender Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a tender, bid, sales support, or commercial administration role
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written communication and document preparation abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
