Hayley Dexis has an exciting opportunity available for a commercially orientated Onsite Customer Account Advisor to join our well‑established and experienced team based at our customer sites in Darley Dale and Sheffield.

About the Onsite Customer Account Advisor
This new role will act as a key liaison between our Branch team in Sheffield and the Onsite Management Team. You will attend meetings with the site leadership team, serve as an escalation point for our stores team and cover any holidays or absences across the team. You will use your knowledge of engineering consumables and parts to identify improvement opportunities for the customer, connect Hayley’s category experts to new category areas and drive value and tendering opportunities. You will monitor KPIs and track performance with the branch team, and possess excellent knowledge of ERP systems.
The position requires a team player who supports the stores team, maintains site cleanliness, and upholds health, safety and wellbeing standards. It suits an all‑rounder who loves to get stuck in and has a sales‑orientated outlook.
Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent sales style drive and commercial acumen.
- Experience within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry or a similar crossover experience.
- Experience in stores, management or procurement is ideal, but not essential.
- Effective communication with individuals across various levels of the organisation, especially with the customer engineering team.
- Full driving licence is preferable.
- Customer‑focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.
